These Rules will govern your membership of the Loyalty Scheme, please read them carefully. By taking part in the Loyalty Scheme, you are deemed to have accepted these Rules.
How the scheme works
Members of the Loyalty Scheme will be able to collect points on purchases from participating retailers in the The Broadway Bradford Shopping Centre. Collecting a certain number of points will entitle you to receive benefits, discounts and special offers from participating retailers (“Offers”).
The Offers you have access to will depend on the number of points you have collected.
How to take part
To take part in the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme, you should download the Broadway Rewards App onto an internet enabled mobile phone.
There will also be a limited number of Broadway Rewards plastic loyalty scheme cards available in the Customer Service Desk in The Broadway Bradford shopping centre. These shall be issued on a first come first served basis.
If we have given you a plastic Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme card, it is your responsibility to take care of this card. If your card is lost or stolen, you should contact us immediately and we will arrange for this to be cancelled. There are a limited number of plastic loyalty scheme cards and so we may not be able to provide a replacement. In such circumstances, you can continue to take part in the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme by downloading the Broadway Rewards App. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of the plastic Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme card which is made by a third party whilst it is lost or stolen.

Please note that some retailers within The Broadway Shopping Centre may not be part of the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme.
How to earn and register points
Each time you spend £10 or more in a single transaction with a participating retailer in The Broadway Bradford Shopping Centre (a “Qualifying Purchase”), you will earn one point. In the future, we may change the value of the Qualifying Purchase required in order to earn points.
To register points, when making a Qualifying Purchase from a participating retailer, you will need to present your plastic Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme card or your unique Broadway Rewards App barcode which is displayed on your smartphone to the participating retailer at the point of purchase for scanning.
Depending on the number of points you have collected, you will be classified as a “Starter” or a “Premium” member of the Loyalty Scheme. The criteria for each category is as follows:
Minimum number of points required
No minimum points requirement
10 points (10 x Qualifying Purchases of £10 or over)
Points will accumulate in rolling periods of 12 months at a time (a “Points Year”). The first Points Year will commence on the date of your first Qualifying Purchase. Once you have reached Premium status during a Points Year, you will keep that status for the whole of that Points Year. If you earn 10 more Reward Points within this time, you’ll enjoy another year of Premium Rewards. If you don’t earn 10 points within these 12 months, you’ll move back to Starter Rewards.
You can check how many points you have collected by logging on to your Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme App. Alternatively, if we have given you a plastic Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme card, we will notify you of your balance by email at regular intervals.
Points have no cash value.
Points which you earn cannot be transferred to another individual.
Offers and how to redeem them
Offers are subject to availability. It may also be necessary for our participating retailers to make changes to Offers which have already been published.
Offers will also be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the participating retailer making the Offer (for example, closing dates, exclusions).
As far as possible, any relevant terms and conditions and/or details of limits on availability will be provided alongside the Offer. To avoid disappointment, please read these carefully before trying to redeem an Offer.
The Offers available to you will depend on whether you are a “Starter” or “Premium” member of the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme.
Details of Offers available to you shall be shown on the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme App, and in emails which we send you about the loyalty scheme.
To redeem an Offer you should present the unique bar code on your Broadway Rewards App or your plastic Broadway Rewards card to the participating retailer at the point of purchase to redeem the Offer.
You may be prevented from redeeming an Offer if:
1 you have not got the required category of membership to redeem the Offer;
2. the participating retailer has reason to suspect fraud or misconduct on your part or in the way the Offer is being used or
3 the Offer was sent to you in error due to a technical fault.
Responsibility for Offers, participating retailers and goods
We have no responsibility for:
1 the Offers made by participating retailers;
2 failure of a participating retailer to honour an Offer; or
3. goods or services which you purchase from a participating retailer using an Offer or otherwise.
If an issue arises in relation to any of the points listed above, you should contact the participating retailer directly to resolve the matter.
Cancellation of Offers and/or the Loyalty Scheme
From time to time, it may be necessary to withdraw Offers from the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme. It may not always be possible to give advance warning of this.
Whilst we will try to ensure that the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme scanners and system are available during store opening hours, you understand that there may be circumstances where the scanner and/or system is unavailable and you will not be able to accumulate points on transactions made during any such period of unavailability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme at any time at our discretion and without reason.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership of the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme either permanently or temporarily at any time if:
1 we terminate the Loyalty Scheme; or
2 we reasonably believe that you have failed to comply with these Rules; or
3 we reasonably believe you have behaved in a way which is fraudulent, inappropriate or illegal.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership of the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme if you do not make Qualifying Purchases or redeem Offers for a continuous period of 15 months.
Where your membership of the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme is terminated then from the date of termination:
1 you will no longer be entitled to collect points;
2 you will not be able to redeem Offers; and
3 any accumulated points will be cancelled.
Withdrawal from the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme by you
If you no longer wish to take part in the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme, you can do so by simply ceasing to use the loyalty scheme App or your plastic loyalty scheme card.
From time to time, we may make changes to these Rules. Where this happens, we will notify members with a notice on our website.
These Rules are subject to English law and any disputes arising out of these Rules and/or the Broadway Rewards loyalty scheme shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
